Barista/Cashier
## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
## Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages following company recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
- Assist customers in selecting beverages and pastries, providing recommendations when needed
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of all products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
## Qualifications
- Experience is not required.
-Priority to experience in the food industry or as a Barista.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety guidelines, and proper food handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $15.60-$16.80 per hour
