Position: Assistant Controller
Location: 2830 Victoria Ave – Brandon, MB

The Job:
Under the direction and guidance of the Chief Financial Officer the Assistant Controller is responsible for delivery of core accounting and fiscal management functions. Responsibilities will include financial analysis, preparation of reports, operation guidance and payroll administration.

What We Are Looking For:
· A motivated team player with a strong work ethic
· Completion or enrollment in the CPA designation program
· Post secondary education with an accounting focus including completion of intermediate level accounting course
· 2-5 years progressive accounting experience in private sector - highly desirable
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Experience working suite of Microsoft Office applications; specifically, Excel
· Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset.
