Assembly - Wire Harness Day Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

ROLE SUMMARY: We are recruiting for Manufacturing Assemblers for our Wire Harness Division who will be responsible for preparing / assembling and testing wire harness in our fast paced and quality-oriented manufacturing facility. Positions Available (1): Starting wage is $17.00 What we are looking for:
High School Diploma
Must have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Basic soldering experience would be preferred
Ability to work within a group or individually when called upon
A basic level of comfort with computer based and computer-controlled systems
Responsibilities:
Perform daily duties relating as per work instructions and/or Supervisor ·
Cut and strip wire
Crimp wires by hand
Operation of crimping and wire preparation machines
Assemble cables using harness boards
Assemble cables in electrical boxes
Electrically test cables using Cirris Testers
Complete final inspection on wire harness assemblies
Maintain a clean and organized workstation on day-to-day, job-to-job basis
Other duties as required for production Use winding machine to wring transformers, inductors, coils, and Toroids. Follow proper wire wrapping techniques and cleaning methods.
Usage of work instructions and customer drawings for build procedures.
Assembly of cores and brackets as per work instructions and/or drawings.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation on day-to-day, job-to-job basis
