After School Program Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated After School Program Coordinator to join our team. The role involves working with children in an after school setting, providing leadership to our staff and designing the weekly activities. Ideal candidate will work closely with centre manager. Position is a Mon-Thurs job some Fridays . This is a September -June Position with summers off.
Duties
- Engage with children in a after school school program environment
- Assist with implementing activities and lessons
- Support students with their learning needs and provide tutoring when necessary
- Collaborate with staff members to create a positive care environment
- Leading a team
Experience
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with participants , parents.
Qualifications
-Early Childhood Education or relater work experience
-Child Abuse Registry check and or criminal record check
-Valid First Aid & CPR or willing to obtain
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
