FVCL is a rapidly growing medical ophthalmology clinic specializing in eye disease and surgeries with advanced technology. We have nationally-recognized team of ophthalmologists with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of ocular services including MSP covered exams and surgeries, as well as private lens surgeries and LASIK.


We are looking for an efficient, energetic and detail oriented individual to join our dynamic and growing ophthalmic clinic and surgical centre in our Cataract department as an administrator and counsellor.

• 
  Responsible for surgical inventory ordering

• Any paperwork passed down by the lead

• Compiling monthly KPI reports from weekly barometers

• Calling refractive surgery patients

• Surgical slating and creating patient surgical charts

• General admin duties: scanning, filing, photocopying, etc.

• Unpacking and putting away inventory

• Counseling patients regrading different options for cataract surgery

• Other duties as required

**This is a maternity leave coverage position. There will be opportunity to transfer to a different department. **
