As a Manager, Order to Cash Accounting, your role will be to oversee Order to Cash settlement, accounting and reporting activities. You will ensure timely, accurate and complete internal and external financial reporting to the various stakeholders. What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee financial accounting for Order to Cash transactions to ensure quality, accurate and complete financial results
Working closely with internal cross functional teams and external parties, oversee Order to Cash settlements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of payments
Ensure timely, accurate and complete internal and external financial reporting to the various internal and external stakeholders
Review of external financial statement notes and financial analysis on a quarterly basis within required timelines
Review of reconciliations and journal entries to ensure validity, accuracy, and completeness of financial reporting
Ensure that unusual and complex transactions are properly documented and recorded. This will involve collaborating with various cross functional teams to ensure the transactions are accurately represented
Review and approval of cheque and wire transactions weekly
Ensure that the team is consistently performing all relevant internal controls, as well as quarterly reviews and updates of respective internal control documentation
Provide leadership on various ad hoc finance projects and initiatives
Provide mentorship and feedback to direct reports
Your Skills:
Strong leadership and relationship building skills in mentoring direct reports and working alongside cross functional teams
Experience using financial systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Strategic thinker and self-starter with the ability to work with little guidance
Excellent decision-making skills – ability to use professional judgment to make appropriate decisions impacting the team
Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet multiple deadlines
Your Experience:
Post-secondary education/equivalent with practical experience
Financial Accounting designation (CPA)
5+ years accounting experience
Experience leading teams
