We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and compliance. This role involves streamlining processes, managing recruitment technology and providing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts.

Our opportunity is Hybrid with working hours (40 hours a week) and the hiring model is CLT.

Activities:

- Recruitment process optimization: Analyze and improve the recruitment process to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including candidate experience and time to hire.
- Recruitment technology: Manage and optimize recruitment technology, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards and other tools.
- Data analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure performance and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and data privacy.
- Supplier management: Manage relationships with external suppliers and recruitment agencie s.
- Team management: Leading and guiding a team of recruiters.
- Project management: Oversee recruitment projects, such as the implementation of new recruitment processes or technologies.

Budget management: Develop and manage the recruitment budget.
The profile we are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Consolidated experience in talent acquisition operations or related areas
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and technology.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong process-oriented, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired skills:

- Working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Latin American region
- Experience in a global or international recruitment environment.
Languages Proficient in: English, Spanish and Portuguese
