Implement JIRA Premium features, including Script Runner and Qoti Labs Rich Filters for enhanced reporting.
Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights that drive decisions.
Train and support teams on JIRA best practices and functionality.
Identify process improvements to enhance project management.
Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Stay ahead of industry trends and tools to keep our processes cutting-edge.
️ Expertise in Atlassian APIs for seamless integrations.
️ Groovy scripting skills to power automation within JIRA.
️ Deep understanding of JIRA Premium plugins (e.g., Script Runner, Rich Filters).
️ Exceptional analytical skills to turn data into insights.
️ Ability to lead complex projects independently.
️ Advanced dashboard/report configuration tailored to departmental needs.
️ Proven leadership experience in managing project deliverables.
️ Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
️ Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
️ Experience in Business and Data Analysis (requirements gathering, reporting).
