Responsibilities:
- Creative Content Production: Based on briefs from the Social Media Team and in line with Binance Brand Guidelines, develop high-quality, engaging content, including memes, infographics, GIFs, and social media campaigns, tailored for multiple platforms (Tik Tok, X.com, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Telegram).
- Trend Spotting & Content Ideation:Keep your finger on the pulse of internet and crypto trends, leveraging emerging memes and digital trends to create relevant viral content, that maximizes impressions and engagement.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Social Media and other cross-functional teams to design and execute small, medium and large-scale social media campaigns that align with the broader social media, marketing strategy and brand vision.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with social media, design, content, performance marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and creativity are adhered to across all social channels.
- Brand Building: Contribute to the growth and promotion of the Binance brand through engaging creative content, ensuring it remains relevant and relatable to crypto audiences across various regions.
Requirements:
- Ability to independently create memes, on-brand social media designs, four-frame cartoons, and short-form video content or GIFs that connect with audiences.
- Experience in digital media, video production, or entertainment industries, working with social media agencies, creators, or media companies.
- Graphic Design background with the focus on social media channels.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, design, and opportunities for viral content creation.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and video editing software.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and working with external creators for content collaboration desirable.
- A clear, concise, and creative communication style with a fun, engaging approach.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing content on platforms like Tik Tok, You Tube, and Instagram.
- Familiarity with the crypto market is a strong advantage, along with a passion for understanding the nuances of the space.
- Video Editing & Motion Design: Experience in creating short-form, high-quality video content and motion graphics.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and produce quick-turnaround content.
- Project management skills, including overseeing third-party content creators and delivering on brand campaigns.
