About the Role: We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Development team. This professional will be responsible for level 2 custom application support issues, providing technical support to our applications, taking calls and troubleshooting not only hardware/software issues, but any problems that arise. The Technical Support Engineer is a key member of the team responsible for using technology to improve business performance and strategy. This involves using one’s complex problem-solving skills to brainstorm software solutions, and then work together in a small group to craft a pitch to present the idea to the company’s decision makers. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and with marked attention to details. Learn and master employer-specific software;
Implement new business, roll out applications, and onboarding customers;
Pick up and address application related issue, resolve software and hardware issues;
Communicate with internal and external customers
Perform upgrades
Collaborate with the development and operational teams;
Identify potential problems.
You Must Have:
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
Working knowledge of database management, different operating systems, and different programming languages;
Basic knowledge of design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms and SQL Server;
Basic knowledge of Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server);
Basic knowledge of Web Services, WCF, RESTful and Service Oriented Architecture (is a plus);
Ability to diagnose & address application issues;
Advanced English Level.
