We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing video courses on AI for non-tech professionals.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience asan instructional designer, learning experience designer, learning content developer, or program designer;
Familiarity with theories of adult learning, design and multimedia principles;
Experience in developing video content;
Ability to design and implement assessments for skills and knowledge within courses;
Proficient in structuring educational experiences and creating Learning Journey Maps (LJMs);
Experience with modern tools for creating learning aids; familiarity with Figma and Hey Gen is preferred;
Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
Nice-to-have:
Spanish speaking skills.

What you will do:
Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with the Product Manager and SMEs (subject matter experts);
Map learning outcomes, create a storyboard;
Write or edit video scripts for SME, assist in the video production process, and give feedback for prepared materials;
Create practice exercises and learning aids;
Analyse learners' feedback and use it to improve materials;
Prepare materials about new courses for sales manager training;
Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date.
