We are seeking a Google Workspace Administrator with a strong technical background in Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting. This customer-facing role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to assist in resolving Google Workspace tickets and provide outstanding support. Responsibilities:
Administer and manage Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for our organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace tools and services.
Assist in managing Google Workspace tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user requests and issues.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operations.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address technical challenges.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Workspace features, updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Google Workspace administration.
Google Workspace certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Google Workspace Deployment Specialist).
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting Google Workspace tools and services.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions to customers and internal teams.
A customer-centric approach, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantage):
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Google Professional Engineer certification is a plus.
