Take full responsibility for managing the Bank's Retail Deposits function, including both Online Deposit Platforms and Direct Propositions.
Monitor market trends, internal portfolio performance, and company liquidity needs to effectively manage deposit inflows and outflows.
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure accurate daily data entry, implement clear procedures, and introduce automation where applicable.
Work closely with the Finance department to ensure all regulatory reporting is completed efficiently, accurately, and with full transparency.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements, suggesting necessary changes when needed.
Oversee all third-party costs and relationships, particularly with Online Deposit Platform (ODP) providers and marketing partners.
Enhance and manage a reporting dashboard that tracks inflows and outflows, upcoming maturities, CPA (cost per acquisition), competitor analysis, and deposit values.
Coordinate with the Banks PMO to either create or acquire a new back-end system to manage products, customer data, and relevant reports.
Investigate and suggest opportunities to introduce new Retail Deposit products in different markets.
Support the Operations Manager (OM) in overseeing the teams duties related to prepaid and credit card products.
Assist the OM in managing relationships with key third parties such as Mastercard, Card Management Providers, and Card Production Providers.
Handle the onboarding of Third-Party Providers, including KYB processes, and conduct periodic reviews in accordance with Bank policies.
Provide regular reports to the OM on portfolio performance, key metrics, ongoing projects, proposed improvements, and any arising issues.
Take on additional tasks as assigned by the OM.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Banking, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive information.
