Following a meticulous restoration, Corinthia Brussels will marry the classical elegance of its storied past with sophisticated modern facilities including 126 rooms and suites, a gastronomic restaurant and brasserie, and 1000 square metres of wellness. The Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels, the premier palace of the capital, is looking for a passionate and experienced Security Officer to join its security team. If you have a strong sense of service and solid experience in private security, this position is made for you!

The Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels, the premier palace of the capital, is looking for a passionate and experienced Security Officer to join its security team. If you have a strong sense of service and solid experience in private security, this position is made for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and protection of the hotel’s guests, staff, and infrastructure.
- Manage the hotel’s security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
- Respond effectively in case of an incident or emergency, including providing first aid.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a secure environment that adheres to established standards.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of seniority in private security, ideally in the hotel sector. Experience in other sectors is also accepted.
- Qualifications: Holder of a valid security officer card.
- Nationality: EU citizen or Belgian (professional card required).
- Languages: English and French are essential. Knowledge of Flemish is an asset.
- Certifications: Up-to-date first aid certifications are highly desired. Firefighting certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Work Conditions: Available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Background: A clean criminal record is required.
- Technical Skills: Excellent command of IT tools and security technologies.
- Physical Condition: Good physical fitness is required for the demands of the position.
