Full time Sales & Marketing Assistant (m/f) (onsite)
Your function :
You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and will support different teams across Europe.You will be in charge of:
- the organization of our participation to national and international scientific conferences
- the coordination of internal and external meetings, business lunches (bookings of hotels, travels, restaurants, etc.)
You will also support administratively the department, and will be in charge of:
- the follow-up of weekly/monthly reports
- the follow-up of CRM data entries and reports
- the follow-up of budgets (monthly expenses, mastercard expenses, etc.)
- the management of the invoicing for the department
- the management of promotional material (creation, stocks)
- the preparation of mailings

Your profile :
You have a bachelor’s degree and a relevant experience in a similar function, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. You have excellent organization skills and are very good in the treatment of administrative documents. You are proactive, flexible and have good communication skills with internal and external interlocutors. You have an excellent written and verbal level in French and English and a basic knowledge of Dutch. You are a familiar user of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and the knowledge of the Adobe suite (Acrobat pro, Indesign, Illustrator) is a plus.Our offer :
