We are currently staffing a role as Country Manager NL @ a well-funded Saa S start-up with triple-digit revenue growth.

In this role, you will lead the market expansion and ramp-up of the business in The Netherlands. You'll start by building your own sales team from scratch and ensure it's ready for exponential growth in the years ahead. You should lead by example and do outbound sales yourself, as you love talking to leads and customers.

This is the perfect transitioning role for aspiring leaders/ entrepreneurs with decent sales experience (4 yrs+) from fast-growing digital companies. Additionally, you should have top English and Dutch language skills (C1).

| REMOTE SETUP

You can work remotely from the Netherlands - with approximately 3-4 trips/ month to the HQ. If you have to travel, then your cost will be covered.

In this role, you will lead the market expansion and ramp-up of the business in The Netherlands - starting with the sales organisation.

Therefore, besides your passion for building companies and solving complex problems in a fast-growing environment, you should have a strong commercial mindset and deep sales expertise.

As you will drive the team expansion in NL, you should thrive in coaching and mentoring talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
