Job purpose:
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing filling operations within the MU Filling, for continuous optimization, and coordination of manpower targets, resources and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role you,
Supervise/manage day to day vaccines operations to cope with the demand.
Provide guidance and support to your team through a daily presence on the shop floor linked to the planning and organization of the activities.
Lead, select, train, evaluate, coach and motivate a team of Technicians and Operators towards the pursuit of supply excellence and the attainment of Good Manufacturing Practice.
Ensure optimal staffing levels and competencies are in place and ensure the retention, engagement and development of talents within the organization.
Ensure the follow up of KPI’s related to Quality, Supply, EHS and HR in your area, monitor them and guarantee the deployment of the action plan. ensure compliance of the operations with c GMP and Authorities requirements and monitor quality of the production in close collaboration with QA - and take corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure the compliance on EHS topics in your area and develop the EHS mindset within your team.
Are responsible for implementing the Operational Excellence Process in the facility within your area of responsibility.
Apply the recommended processes while assuring compliance with the Change Management procedures.
Participate in internal and external audits in your department.
Provide support to your direct reports with low or medium complexity issues.

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with the following required skills to achieve our goals (must-have):
At least Bachelor degree in Bioengineering or Sciences-oriented.
A first exposure to people management, direct or indirect.
Good leadership skills: you set direction, onboard, develop and engage your team.
Strong communication skills e.g. active listening, presentation, etc.
Fluency in French is a must, both written and spoken.
Result-oriented.
Resilient.
Organized.
Preferred Qualifications: The following characteristics are assets (nice-to-have):
University degree (Master’s degree) in Bioengineering or Sciences-oriented.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
Team player.
Strong knowledge of Cgmp.
