About BÚN
BÚN has been delighting Antwerp with the flavors of authentic Vietnamese cuisine since 2014. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced sustainable ingredients to create dishes that captivate the senses. Our culinary journey spans across our noodle shops, Little BÚN, nestled in Sint Jorispoort, and the vibrant BÚN Bar & Restaurant located on Volkstraat. BÚN Bar & Restaurants offers a contemporary and refined dining experience showcasing Vietnamese cuisine. We provide both tasting menus and à la carte dishes to cater to diverse culinary preferences.
Responsibilities
- Proficiently manage tasks of the kitchen
- Coordinate and oversee preparations and orders
- Execute production and service operations while upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Contribute operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to innovate and refine dishes
Profile
- Passion for Asian cuisine and culture
- Previous experience in a fine dining kitchen environment
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactive approach to work
- Strong communication and motivational skills to engage with colleagues
- Diligently fulfill responsibilities related to preparation and closing tasks
