For our branch located in central Antwerp, Belgium, we are looking for an
Import Employee
for immediate employment.
In this position you will:

• Organize transport services: Aviation
• Follow up on files for: Transit import goods
• Handle specific files or transfer them to the relevant service (disputes, …)
• Follow up on files for: Transit export goods
• Collect transport documents of goods
• Compile a file of the activity (transit, customs, …)

Profile
As a new colleague at Ferrari in the Import department:
– you have a secondary education diploma, a logistics training is a plus.
– you are bilingual NL/ENG, both orally and in writing – an excellent knowledge of the English language is an absolute must. Knowledge of any other language is a plus, ideally french
– you work with a customer-oriented attitude and have a professional appearance
– you have a thorough knowledge of the most common customs formalities (PLDA, NCTS, etc.)
– you also contribute to the improvement of the daily procedures in the department
– a healthy dose of logical thinking, stress resistance, collegiality and flexibility are a must
– you are a multi-tasker and can work under pressure
