Provide front-line technical support to users.
Remain available and offer a highly qualitative customer service.
Troubleshoot hardware and software and issues.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Sound knowledge of IT hardware and software is preferred.
English mandatory plus fluent French or Dutch.
