Laser diodes require very stable power supplies and they must be temperature regulated. The power supply shall be able to work in standalone or to be controlled externally. We also need to be able to modulate the laser output.
The internship consist in specifying, designing and simulating the power supply. The intern will use Altium Designer to draw the schematic and route the PCB. The circuit shall be tested and measured to evaluate the performances.
