Job Description
As a Digital Marketeer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies. You will lead the launches of our solutions, acting as the point of contact for your colleagues. You will work closely with various teams to enhance our brand’s online presence and increase conversion rates. Bringing strategic insights, you will execute data-driven campaigns to achieve our goals. Additionally, you will continuously optimize our website, maintain our social media channels, execute online advertising campaigns, and develop marketing tool concepts. Occasionally, you will assist with other team activities.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Playing a leading role in the launches of our solutions and developing corresponding marketing strategies:
Conducting market and competitive analysis
Identifying the target audience and the channels to reach them
Developing a value proposition and positioning strategy
Creating a marketing strategy and plan (goals, 4P’s, etc.)
Developing a communication plan, digital marketing plan, and promotion plan
Analyzing marketing data and reporting performance to management.
Optimizing conversion rates and improving user experience on our digital channels.
Managing the website, including content updates and SEO optimization.
Identifying new opportunities and trends in digital marketing and translating them into strategic action plans.
Collaborating with internal teams to execute projects efficiently.
Managing the budget and monitoring the ROI of marketing activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role within digital marketing.
Proven track record in planning, coordinating, and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience in product launches and developing associated marketing strategies.
Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting marketing data.
Excellent communication skills (Dutch & English) and the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
Results-oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Creative thinking and strategic insight into digital marketing trends.
Willingness to grow and the drive to achieve results in a competitive market.
