As Team Lead of Project Management (m/f/d), you will be tasked with overseeing and managing a wide range of service-related projects. This includes organization and business development projects, supply chain management, process improvements and business digitalization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Focusing on a lean management and creating significant business impact. You will be involved to leverage your technical and business expertise to drive project success, meet project goals, and increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities:
Establishment and Leadership of the Project Management Office:
Improve and implement project management processes and standards for the service division
Build up and manage a small team of dedicated project managers
Build an interdisciplinary project management team to effectively control and execute projects
Define methods and tools to improve project implementation and ensure sustainable execution throughout the organization
Management of Strategic Projects and Initiatives:
Plan, manage, and monitor strategic projects to further develop the service business, such as market expansion, service logistics optimization, digitalization of service processes, and implementation of new business models
Responsible for project budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management
Ensure on-time project delivery and achievement of set objectives
Strategic Development of the Service Division:
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance to identify and implement improvement projects
Develop and implement change management processes to ensure successful introductions
Monitor and analyze service KPI's to pro successful project implementation
Team Leadership and Employee Development:
Lead and develop a team of project managers and project coordinators
Promote an agile and results-oriented working approach
Identify training needs and promote knowledge exchange within the team
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Responsible for internal and external communication of project status and results to all relevant stakeholders
Prepare presentations and decision-making templates for our top management
Build and maintain a transparent and cooperative collaboration with all project stakeholders
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Proven track record of delivering on projects by leveraging project management skills and ideal lean or agile techniques
Strong knowledge of lean management principles and practices
Proven experience in establishing and leading project management organizations
Hands-on operational process management and controlling or management consulting experience in complex multinational manufacturing and service organisations
High level of self-motivation and assertiveness
Excellent communicator, experienced in driving performance and team spirit, used to managing conflicting priorities with multiple functions and able to cooperatively find solutions
Six Sigma, black belt or Lean education
Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with the ability to bring assignments to a successful completion
Solid knowledge of common project management methods (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) as well as change management approaches
Strong argumentation and negotiation skills as well as finance result driven thinking
Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
