You will be working in an international, cross functional environment being part of Mondelez Europe Transformation & Strategy Team. The team is managing a Project Portfolio of up to 80 highly strategic, transformational & cross functional projects spanning whole Mondelez Europe region.

You will support us in further developing our project portfolio management approach by bringing in a new outside perspective, as well as support the automation of project portfolio management
Responsibilities:
You will:

• Evaluate what is best in class Project Portfolio Management
  
• Benchmark our current MONDELEZ approach versusthe identified best in class Project Portfolio Management approach
  
• Assess Project- & Project Portfolio Management tools on the market
  
• Develop a Change Dashboard
  
• Support automation of Project Portfolio Management
  

Requirements:

• Know-how in benchmarking, project, process,change & project portfolio management
  
• Affinity to systems
  
• Strong soft & presentation skills
  
• Teamplayer which is able to work independently
  
• Fluent in English
  
• A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career
  
• Active student status
