Your tasks:
- Strategic acquisition: Independent identification and approach of potential new customers until the contract is signed.
- Contract management: Drafting, negotiating and concluding contracts.
- Presentation and consultation: Organising presentations and consultations to introduce our feasibility studies and projects.
- Customer support: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with forest owners and business customers to ensure customer success.
- Market development: Supporting and co-designing the go-to-market strategy for new markets.
- Team leadership: Managing and coaching a team of Junior Sales Representatives.
- Process optimisation: Analysis and optimisation of existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Your profile:
- Degree in forestry, business administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in forestry, sustainability or a related sector.
- Sound knowledge of forestry topics and sustainable management.
- Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing contracts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High level of initiative, motivation and ability to organise yourself.
- Experience in leading and developing sales teams.
- Fluent in German, good knowledge of English.
- Ability to work in a team, strategic thinking and a proactive approach.
