For the area of Lenzing Logistics Lenzing located in Lenzing we invite leaders to submit applications for the role as
Lead and develop local outbound department (documentation, customs, air-, land-, sea freight) with about 15 people
Drive continuous improvement (processes; systems as Transporeon, Buy Co and SAP; organization; safety; quality)
Establish and monitor strategy processes for logistics related topics on site Lenzing (“plan, source, deliver”)
Set the mid- and long-term logistic strategy incl. for the sit
Documentation development e.g. E-B/L, L/C processes etc.
Develop and maintain contacts with external stakeholders (local government offices, commerce groups, business partners
Drive the improvement process for the LAG tendering system for Transporeon; freight negotiations for LAG site – both in cooperation with Logistics Purchasing
Responsible for the implementation of product safety and QM system (HACCP program, FAMI-QS) for the field logistics Co-Products
Our expectations for this exciting role
Considerable experience in logistics or forwarding company including tools for continuous improvement
Effective analytical and communication skills, result-oriented proactive approach
excellent English (B2) and German (C2) skills
Exceptional knowledge of SAP and IT tools for logistics
Effective with MS office programs and SAP
Effective knowledge of the relevant legal framework and customs requirements in the context of the European Union and the regional authorities
Advanced degree in academic education in technical field (Logistics…) or a similar education in connection to a great practical experience in Logistics

The gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry is € 80.000,- with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. Furthermore, you participate in the Lenzing bonus system.
