Stellenbeschreibung
- Contact person for internal and external contacts
- Organization of business trips and processing of travel expense reports
- Supporting the management in organizational and administrative matters
- Supporting the departments (e.g. HR) with various projects
- Collaboration in various projects (organization of events, etc.)
- Mail & appointment management
Qualifikationen
- Graduated or apprenticeship in commercial, marketing or similar
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and independent working style
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP experience desirable
- Accurate, independent and reliable way of working
- Fluent in German and English
