WHAT TO EXPECT
Contact person for internal and external contacts
Organization of business trips and processing of travel expense reports
Supporting the management in organizational and administrative matters
Supporting the departments (e.g. HR) with various projects
Collaboration in various projects (organization of events, etc.)
Mail & appointment management
WHAT YOU OFFER
Graduated or apprenticeship in commercial, marketing or similar
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and independent working style
Excellent verbal and written communication
Very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP experience desirable
Accurate, independent and reliable way of working
Fluent in German and English
