Handling inbound cross-border activities for employees from other entities (assignments, postings, necessary documents for visa applications, etc.)
Handling of legally required topics of inbound cross-border activities of contractors, suppliers
Advice on HR regulations and contracts during purchasing process (e.g. Contractors)
Local human rights coordinator
Responsibility for HR-topics in audits
Responsibility for HR-topics in M&A projects
Preparation of European works council documents
Organization and preparation of documents for quarterly works council meetings
Alignments with works council including negotiation of works council agreements
Preparation, organization and presentation of labor law trainings
Regularly check and implementation of labor law changes
Legal advice for labor law topics (partial retirement, sabbatical, working time regulations, home office, termination of employments, etc.)
Evaluation and implementation of necessary changes of all draft templates (e.g. employment contract)
Willingness to take over HR Generalist’s tasks if necessary (e.g. first point of contact for managers and employees; preparation of various letters; handling of termination processes, implementation of contractual changes, etc.)
Successfully completed studies in law
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the labour law area
Taking ownership as well as ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Intercultural competencies
Excellent communication skills both in English and German
