Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation. The IT infrastructure comprises laptop/desktop, mobile devices, networks, security, servers and telephony throughout all business divisions. Close cooperation with IT colleagues as well as the business will be required to deliver IT infrastructure capable to support the business needs. Full responsibility for IT infrastructure from demand, planning all the way through realization of the infrastructure programs.
For our site in Krems, we are currently looking for a:
Business Technology Partner (mf/d)
Main Responsibilities:
Monitors service levels and progress of current projects and actions/tasks of direct or managed services and addresses/escalates any deviations
Proactively engages users and stakeholders to initiate and maintain great customer relationships and identify opportunities for improvement and increase user satisfaction
Manages and coordinates IT communications to site (including translations in local languages), if needed, in collaboration with global support teams, to ensure awareness and visibility for all users and stakeholders
Supervising, assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory
Monitor department issues and user complaints/tickets to create solutions to lessen recurring issues, in collaboration with provider service lead and other global teams
Implements a sustainable service model for all Infrastructure deployed, consisting of end user IT devices as well as back-office infrastructure locally implemented
Manages and forecasts budget related to the operating expenses of IT infrastructure (device lifecycle for user equipment, telephony, accessories, etc.)
Manages external partners in Austria, directly or via the managed services principles- service management responsibilities
Requirements:
Education: MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and German
Experience with CAPEX / OPEX planning and budget monitoring or similar is preferred
Strong understanding of the IT service catalogue and the roles & responsibilities attributed to all IT departments
Tactical and strategic thinking, as well as creative problem solving in response to position IT as a tool for supporting the business
Good negotiation and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
Good organizational skills, structured in the approach of all tasks and responsibilities of self and others
