• You will play an integral role in supporting the regional and local teams on the use of the regional, state of the art Business Intelligence tools.
• You will act as central point of contact between colleagues in the markets, central sales teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• You create transparency as a decision-making base & drive analysis of business KPIs to identify opportunities and improve business results for our car business in the 12 CSEU markets.
• You act as problem solver and idea generator for our automotive business.
• Preparing Management presentations for various meetings and working effectively with other business departments also belongs to your tasks.
• You derive Management recommendations and business strategies based on KPI analysis.
• You will be part of and contributor to one of the greatest transformations since existence of the BMW Group.

What you should bring along?

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics or a related field.
• Good analytical & data management skills.
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point.
• Very strong interest in automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Target oriented, proactive and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude, team oriented and a self-starter.
