Join our team as an Account Manager, where you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their success while driving the growth of Insight’s business.

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor by cultivating and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, ensuring clients maximize the value of our solutions and services.
Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue and retention goals.
Collaborate with senior account managers and the sales manager to support client needs and drive business outcomes.
Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and relay feedback to internal teams.

Skills and Experience:

Proven track record in an inside account management or sales support role, in a technical or B2B setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in German and English is essential.
