In this role, you’ll report directly to the Sales Manager and be instrumental in converting incoming enquiries—whether online, by phone, or in person—into successful sales. You’ll need to quickly understand customer needs and provide expert advice on our products and services to suit their individual needs. Key responsibilities include prompt follow-up, precise reporting, and rapid responses.
Applicants will need a proven track record in a sales and/or retail customer service environment, and experience with CRM systems and workflows will be highly considered.
