Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Trade Assistant Team Leader to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We're looking for a hands-on Trades Assistant Team Leader with experience in a trade environment and knowledge of building construction to guide and support our Technical Services Team. In this role, you will lead by example, ensuring maintenance requests are actioned promptly, safely, and thoroughly.

This role requires a Full Australian Drivers License and a valid White Card.

Key Duties

• Assign and monitor work for Trades Assistants, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Ensure adherence to Voyages WHS and safety procedures at all times.
• Actively support tradespersons with trade-related work, demonstrating a proactive and professional approach.
• Provide regular updates to the Technical Services Assistant Manager on team performance, potential issues, and conflicts.
• Comply with all health and safety instructions from your management team and Workplace Health and Safety representatives
