The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team of Claims Specialists who pro-actively and effectively manage claims and injury management aspects for significantly injured workers within legislative boundaries with a view to recovery and return to life after workplace injury.
This will be a
full-time, permanent position based in the
Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and build strong relationships within the industry to better support our customers.
- Identify and evaluate individual and organisational development needs. Leverage resources to deliver individual and group learning and development programs.
- Ensuring appropriate strategies are in place to maximise recovery and return to life outcomes, using these insights to refine the service offering.
- Utilise appropriate feedback to identify, oversee and foster an efficient, collaborative, and effective customer-centric operating model.
- Develop and evolve our service offering for those customers impacted by significant injuries
- Build and maintain a strong team culture centred on accountability that celebrates individual and team success.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, working within in in a fast-paced business environment.
- Experienced in having candid conversations to help people be the best they can be.
- Proven experience innovating for improvement and delivering great results for customers.
