Your Role Applications are invited for the term-time continuing position of Teacher Assistant, commencing from January 2025. As a Teacher Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and students in their learning journey. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with classroom activities, including lesson preparation and resource organisation
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, including students with additional needs.
Monitoring student progress and behaviour, providing feedback to teachers
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and organising educational materials.

Tertiary qualifications at Certificate level or equivalent knowledge, qualifications and experience relevant to this role would be highly regarded

A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
