About the role:
Casual position available for a safety conscious and mechanically minded individual working 12hr shifts on an even 4 on 4 off roster. This role will see you providing operational support for the storage, movement, and quality control of transported products at Aurizon’s Pinjarra and Wagerup sites.

Casual position available for a safety conscious and mechanically minded individual working 12hr shifts on an even 4 on 4 off roster. This role will see you providing operational support for the storage, movement, and quality control of transported products at Aurizon’s Pinjarra and Wagerup sites.
- Conduct visual (roll-by) inspection of trains and identify and report faults.
- Load and unload wagons to relevant standards, making related adjustments and troubleshooting issues.
- Inspect and report on faults on all relevant equipment by undertaking relevant operational checks.
- Provide clear communication to traincrew and other operational staff to ensure safe movement of trains for loading and unloading.

- Drive vehicles for pick-up and delivery of supplies and equipment.
- Operate fixed / mobile plant and equipment.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with the drive to progress their career.
- Class C Driving Licence.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Hands on approach to tasks and able to do a 24/7 shift roster.
- High level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in an autonomous work environment.
