At The Reject Shop, we're not your average retail store, and we're definitely not looking for an average Store Manager. We're on a mission to make shopping a fun and exciting experience, and we're looking for a retail superstar to join our team as our Store Manager at our Rouse Hill store.
As a hands-on retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service by setting the standard through personal interactions, actively addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly. You'll be the driving force behind our store's success. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include:
