Extensive project pipeline in Mining, Industrial & Commercial sectors
THE ROLE Be responsible for the management of all on-site Administration works. Operating with our Pilbara West team, you will be working out of our site office on mining infrastructure construction projects.
Process weekly timesheets and coordinate labour hire timesheets
Prepare staff forms, new hire requests and new starter instructions
Authorising subcontractor mobilisation paperwork
Facilitate client based training and inductions
Process and file all mobilisation and training documentation
Support site management, engineers and field supervisors
Assist with toolbox meetings and other site meetings when required
ABOUT YOU
A professional approach with the Client, internal personnel and stakeholders
Experience with Tier 1 clientele including Rio Tinto & BHP is highly advantageous
Attention to detail
Interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Word
Verbal and written communication skills
