Wormald have been designing, installing, and servicing fire protection systems since 1889 and are a leading provider of fire protection solutions with an excellent reputation and firmly established brand. We are looking for a person to join our Service team who has a passion for helping customers in their building and property’s fire protection to undertake Service Administration and sales estimates through defects reported by our technicians within our existing customer base in Adelaide. The Role:
Scheduling of technicians to Service and Maintenance jobs
Coordination and allocation of resources
Liaising with clients and stakeholders for the purpose of arranging job attendances and access requirements
Creation and issue of supplier purchase invoices
Liaison with various team members to ensure end to end job completion and satisfaction
Liaison with field technicians and our customers to prepare competitive quotations.
Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
Day to day administration (emails, filing etc)
Skills Required:

Previous experience working in the building services industry would be advantageous
