We are looking for Section Waitstaff to join our team at The Cut Sydney.

About the Brand

Hunter St. Hospitality is a renowned hospitality group, comprising premium restaurants and bars such as Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, Saké and The Cut.

Located in the historic The Rocks district of Sydney, The Cut Bar & Grill is a steakhouse renowned for its signature prime rib and exceptional service. Specialising in a variety of premium cuts of beef, often sourced locally.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate for this unique role will possess:

Previous experience as a Section Waiter or Runner role in a premium/hatted setting
Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service
Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
Availability for minimum 20 hours per week including Friday & Saturday dinner services
Holds a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

Remuneration expectations are casual rates as per the Hospitality Industry Award.
