Media Form is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions. We are currently experiencing immense growth and are looking to expand our team in the Sydney office with a full-time Sales Support/Customer Service role. As a company, Media Form specialises in the Print & IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all major vendors such as but not limited to HP, Samsung, Fuji Xerox, Lexmark and Brother to our business & corporate clients throughout Australia. With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, Media Form is looking to build a strong team of like-minded individuals to grow within the company and service our clients with their Print & IT needs and more. Duties will include:
Assisting in varied tasks within the business
Data entry
Customer service (inbound/outbound calls and emails)
Entering online sales orders
Understanding the portfolio of products, services and overall ethos of the business
Supporting the existing sales support team
Essential criteria:
Willing to assist with all departments and teams within the business
Highly motivated
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
