Drive overall business growth by generating new leads and implementing growth strategies for expanded services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, promoting Olesuke to attract new referrers and customers.
Manage referral pipelines, analyse market trends, and stay informed about competitor activities.
Prepare proposals, present quotes, and negotiate terms with potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
Utilise existing and prospective relationships for mutual benefit, leading the development and implementation of the State Business Development and Engagement Plan.
Liaise with support coordinators, case managers, and the internal admin Team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Represent Olesuke in forums, expos, and networking events to enhance visibility and build industry connections.
Provide weekly reports to General Management, delivering formal presentations to external stakeholders as needed.
Continuously build sector knowledge to identify growth areas and strategic partners.
