THE ROLE An exciting and highly rewarding opportunity has become available for a motivated Sales Cadet to join our dynamic sales team, based at our high-profile Rochedale Arise Super Centre! If you are passionate about a career as a Sales Consultant in the home building industry, this is a rare opportunity to actively participate in a Sales Cadet pathway program, where you’ll learn and apply best practice sales methodology, including processes, tools, techniques and behaviours, under the guidance and mentoring of high performing Sales Consultants backed by a supportive head office. If you are currently working as a Sales Associate with a home builder, or you have some sales experience, but aspire to the earnings potential that comes with a career as a Sales Consultant in the home building industry, then this could be your dream career move! Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Greet customers, conduct basic display tours, and ensure a comprehensive understanding of products offered.
Qualify customers for Sales Consultants and set appointments for sales presentations.
Support building the deals pipeline by effectively engaging leads to nurture and transition to Sales Consultants.
Manage customer data in the CRM.
Maintain high service standards, encourage product reviews, and manage consultant diaries.
Assist in completing sales paperwork and administrative support for consultants.
Help build trust with our customers by providing high quality customer service.
Support the Sales Consultant in communicating with clients including responding to client enquiries and resolving concerns.
Develop and maintain house and land packages to support new lead generation.
Ensure the display Home is always presentable and well-maintained
