Outback Stores is seeking a Roadhouse Manager to join our Outback family.
As a Roadhouse Manager, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise with your team, collaborate with community members, and explore some of the most remote areas of Australia.
We are seeking self-motivated, hands-on managers to oversee the daily operations of this busy roadhouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for supervising staff to ensure exceptional customer service. If you thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about delivering a great experience, we want to hear from you!

Skills and Experiences:
We are looking for people with the following:
- Management Experience: Proven background in managing a caravan park or roadhouse.
- Retail Expertise: Demonstrated success in retail management, with a focus on grocery operations preferred.
- Culinary Passion: Experience running a bistro or takeaway, along with a genuine passion for cooking.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in maintaining high standards for accommodation rooms.
- Cultural Engagement: A commitment to working collaboratively with Australian Indigenous cultures.
- Tech Savvy: Strong computer literacy, with experience in using the Grocery Manager POS system.
- Working Rights: People who can prove they are either an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident can work unrestricted
