What’s the gig?
Our Dreamworld Attractions Team are searching for motivated, energetic and outgoing team players to join us on a Seasonal Casual basis, offering contracts from November 2024 up until April 2025.
The role of a Ride Operator is to maintain the safe and efficient operation of rides and attractions whilst providing exceptional service to our guests.
As Ride Operator, you are responsible for:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in an environment with high peak periods and varying workloads, while working as part of a cohesive team. Flexibility is crucial, as shifts will be scheduled on weekends and during peak school and public holiday periods. A positive attitude is a must!
Please note: All Ride Operators must be at least 18 years of age, as per Australian Standard AS3533.

- Ensuring a safe environment for our guests
- Identifying and appropriately addressing potential hazards
- Carrying out all tasks in accordance with standard policies and procedures
- Provision of exceptional Guest Service
