La Belle Miette, Melbourne’s macaron specialist patisserie, is seeking a retail sales assistant to work in our new Canberra site (in Canberra Centre). We specialise in small delights. As a retail assistant, you help create the beautiful experience of visiting our patisseries, providing exceptional customer service to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded. You should be excited to learn about the ingredients, techniques and flavours so that you can speak knowledgeably with customers who may be making small over the counter purchases or seeking your advice for wedding and event favours and catering. Key Qualifications
Ability to deliver a great customer experience
Good communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
