STIHL Shop Fulham is an independently owned family business operating in the Western suburbs of Adelaide. We pride ourselves on our ‘old school’ customer service, and we want everyone to have an excellent experience whilst in our store. Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking for an experienced full time salesperson to work with our team. Full time hours will be Monday to Friday. The right candidate will have customer service experience, preferably within the outdoor power equipment industry, and in particular with STIHL product. Some technical or mechanical knowledge would also be advantageous, but is not essential. Above award wages will be paid commensurate with knowledge and experience. You will be part of a friendly and supportive work environment with ongoing training and development. We need the successful candidate to enjoy dealing with people and be able to help our loyal customers with whatever they need. Most importantly, we want someone who is passionate about what they do, takes pride in their work and can work autonomously, and as part of our small team. Your main tasks will include welcoming customers, front counter sales, answering telephone enquiries, spare parts interpreting, assessing and booking in equipment repairs, receiving stock deliveries and entering invoices, unpacking and assembling new equipment, pre-delivery of outgoing equipment, stock ordering and keeping the showroom stocked and clean and tidy.
