About the Role
The Sales team is looking for a full time Relationship Manager role to contribute to the growth of the broker and aggregator relationships within the mortgage broker industry through portfolio management and providing support to the Business Development Team.
The Relationship Manager will be required to:
- Look for new business opportunities from existing direct networks and generate sales and revenue for Pepper.
- Provide an exemplary level of service and communication to both internal and external customers.
- Offer support to our on the road sales team.
- Develop a deep understanding of loan products, lender policies, and loan structuring, offering informed guidance to brokers.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, ensuring that best practice is enforced and adhered to.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- At least One (1) year experience in sales with a focus on Financial Services (preferably residential mortgages and commercial lending experience)
- Proven exceptional Customer Service experience and strong organisational skills
- Enjoys building and nurturing client relationships.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and deal processing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
