Your Role:

As a Pharmacy Assistant, your top priority will be to provide exceptional customer service while offering valuable advice on health and beauty products. You will play an integral role in day-to-day operations, including:

• Operating point of sale and managing cash handling processes
• Assisting customers with prescription submissions for our pharmacists
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Keeping customers informed on current sales, promotions, and product offerings
• Recommending products and providing expert advice on their benefits

About You:

Whether you are an experienced retailer seeking a career in pharmacy, or an established Pharmacy Assistant eager to expand your skills in dispensary or stock control, we want to hear from you!
To thrive at Star Pharmacy Group, you’ll need:

• A friendly, engaging approach to customer service
• Previous experience in either a Pharmacy or Retail setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends

Additional Skills (Highly Desirable but Not Required):

• A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV)
• Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems
